General Tips

  • Please remember fluids can penetrate stitching and zips.
  • Comfort is subjective and something we cannot account for. Please ask for samples to check if the furniture is suitable for you before purchasing.
  • Loose covers can shrink slightly after the first wash. If this becomes a problem, adjustments can be made to the Velcro fixings.
  • Wardrobe doors can appear to be misaligned when new. Please fill the wardrobe and move it into position before checking. If the problem persists, make adjustments by using a wedge under one side.

Upholstered furniture

Vinyl & waterproof fabrics

  • Should be dusted and wiped clean with a damp cloth regularly.

  • Solvents including alcohol-based cleaners must not be used as they will cause damage.
  • Kitchen cleaners, abrasives, aerosol cleaners and polishes must not be used.

  • Remove spills immediately with an absorbent cloth.
