For the past 50 years we have been helping to transform challenging environments with style and quality, with total commitment to safety and durability.
Our products are strength and stability tested to British Standards for severe non-domestic use and are fire retardant to Crib Source 5 minimum (Crib Source 7 available for certain products) to give you peace of mind.
Our human-centred design solutions help to create safer, longer lasting furniture for service users and staff alike.
Our collaborative approach helps us understand your specific needs, and our design and manufacturing capabilities allow us to create the perfect solution.
Your dedicated project manager will oversee each stage of the process, keeping the installation on track and giving you a clear point of communication.
Compliance:
“By paying close attention to potential safety risks during the survey phase, we can ensure safety is built in to the final product.”
– Head of Projects & Installations
During the survey stage, we take critical measurements of the space, listen to your needs and gain a thorough understanding of the project aims.
At this stage, we can identify potential safety risks which may influence our design approach.
Once the key requirements are established, our design engineers set to work on a solution.
For off-the-shelf solutions which use our existing product range, our design engineers can create fully dimensioned spaceplans along with 3D imagery to help visualise your space.
For custom solutions, our design engineers create made-to-measure furniture to help you make the most of your space. Like off-the-shelf solutions, fully dimensioned spaceplans and 3D imagery are provided.
After completing pre-installation preparations including risk assessments, our experienced installation team attends site to complete the installation.
In order to maintain consistent, high-quality installations, we only use our own installation teams who are experienced in working in mental health environments.
After ensuring you are totally satisfied with the installation, we leave the site clean and tidy, ready for residents to move in.
Fitted furniture installations are covered by our product guarantee which protects against manufacturing faults for 7 years.
“The team listened to our needs and were even able to provide input into what they believed our service would need.
The products that have been provided have managed to capture the balance of safety and comfort…I would recommend using Pineapple products to any other inpatient mental health services.”– CAMHS PICU Ward Manager
