Rogallo Place is Optivo’s latest Extra Care scheme, providing personalised care in a luxurious setting for over-55s in Kent.
The customer benefitted from our full interior design package, starting with mood boards -which helped residents to give their input at an early stage- right through to carefully co-ordinated curtains, upholstery, artwork and fixtures to create a real “home-from-home”.
The broad range of soft seating was upholstered in a combination of tactile fabrics (on the arms and backs) and practical vinyls (on seat cushions) to create a durable, stylish environment which is easy for staff to maintain.
Eclipse and Domino low back chairs provide comfortable lounge seating, while modular Ohio and Orr Corner units create social spaces which promotes inclusion. Throughout the scheme, Lichfield card tables in a Walnut finish keep teas and coffees within easy reach for those with reduced mobility.
In a function room, Hetta flip-top tables on castor wheels and stackable Thor chairs create a flexible space which can be reconfigured to suit different activities.
