“To celebrate its 50th trading year, this furniture design company in Aylesford, Kent, offers its 180 employees monthly spin-the-wheel prize competitions. This is on top of perks such as summer barbecues and pizza Fridays, yoga, football and climbing clubs. Benefits include a healthcare cash plan, workplace nursery scheme, annual bonuses and annual pay increases in line with the Consumer Prices Index.
